Sorry, but I still think a D. Chapeau would be wasted on me. Better leave it to players who actually want it and would really use it. <_<;
After all this time playing RDM I was already very used to managing my MP so it lasted me till my next Convert, this was before Composure. And after Composure was added if I'm /heal now it probably means I'm AFK, so hMP rate doesn't matter much in my case. Heck I've even stopped carrying some of +hmp gear I had and replaced it with the highest +MP I could, and even those get used only when I'm AFK /healing.
