Ok, I won't tell you...lol

The strangest thing happened a couple of months ago (it was strange because this is the 2nd out of the blue contact trying to buy my stuff in the past year), a guy that I haven't heard from in a long ass time, got in touch with my son and asked him how much it would cost to get me to sell a couple old FF7 JP collectibles I have. (one was the music box with Aerith's theme, another was a statue of Aerith's death, and the chrome statue of Aerith or Cloud) I just told my son to tell him "way more than you have" and leave it at that. So I decided to look them up on Ebay after that and couldn't find anything. I wonder how much I could get for that stuff. I bought the music box for $75 about 4 years ago or so and I think I could easily double that, I've been offered $375 for the death scene statue, and $75 for the chrome statue.

Wow, good for you actually. 75$ is an epic steal. That thing, last time I checked, was going for a little over a thousand on eBay. I've been in dire want of one for a very long time but haven't had the guts to fork over the cash.

I'd give you $1000 for it! But really, a true FF collector will pay alot of money for the music box. I mean, it plays Aerith's theme and everything. I use to go on message boards where people were scouring around trying to find that music box.

I used to be obsessd with getting anything FF and DQ out of those UFO games from Japan because they were so one of a kind. But talk about expensive.... bleh

Anyway, get a good price on the music box. It's worth alot. Don't let anyone sell you short. (You know this already hehe)

GET OUT OF HERE!!! ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!?? Holy shite I'd consider selling that sucker for that much! No wonder he wanted me to sell it!! Little shit was trying to screw me out of money! I just love it because I'm a box person. I little boxes I can put stuff in and originally thought I could with this one. (I thought the mechanical workings were smaller and covered like most traditional music boxes.) So when I got it I was a bit disappointed but then I heard the tune and it became very precious to me.

I myself love music boxes and clockwork things in general, totally fascinating.

I think I said it before, but I'll say it again, be very careful with your gaming collectibles, I'm sure alot of them would fetch a very high price.

My only regret is that I didn't know about these collectibles for the longest time.

My second regret is that at the last Sakura-con I missed the booth with the plushies of the little fox/squirrel things from Miyazaki's Castle in the Sky & Nausicaa. Also my sister didn't tell me about it until after we went home....

SO ANGRY MEW!

Though I did walk away with an awesome Armored Core model and loads of anime. I just love those fox/squirrel things though as much as I do chocobos.
