that +4 translates into +20% MAB. Each point is roughly 5%.

For reference, NQ staves are +2/+2 and HQ are +3/+3

I was under the impression the NQ staves equal about +1/+1 while HQ are about +2/+2 since Taiwaz was still more potent than HQ.

I think that's actually correct, yeah because the default value is 10, and each additional is +5.
