      Heck no! Protectra/Shellra V are still good merits for WHM. I'm not sure how potent the single-target spells will be compared to merited -ra spells, but a RDM (or WHM w/o the merits) will have to blow an entire MP pool buffing a PT every 30 mins. I'll keep my merited spells, thanks!

      I'd like to think that the single-target spells will be the same potency as the base -ra spells. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

          /DNC does not give you shadows.

          But i'd still drop /NIN in an instant as far as flexibility goes.

          DNC however will no longer be the stapled DNC/NIN, of that im almost sure

              Only on the ones who were only /NIN so they could look cool using two weapons simultaneously.

                yeah that opens up so much for my DNC, I could now go DNC/WAR or DNC/SAM, or DNC/BLU and still dual wield like a madman.

                  Dnc/sam is the new thing I hope/ or atleast think at this point in the game of "what we know":

                  Meditate: 60TP every 3 minutes?
                  Seigen/3rd eye: niceeee
                  If they had any sort of two hand ability Hasso would be broken though... but still Store TP +15 is amazing for dnc
                  With No Foot Rise, Reverse flourish, and Meditate, being affraid of dumping your TP into a WS should not be a problem, as you could have well over 150TP near instantly. I am friggin stoked about this update,

                      I wish RDM would have gotten the fencer ability. I like to campaign on rdm and that would've been nice to have. Guess it will make RDM/WAR at 90+ better anyway.

                        Okay I read it wrong, thought it was TP Bonus (which seemed weird to me)


                        Wow, getting TP for nuking... that's just all kinds of win. Guess BLM mythic isn't quite as lol as it was before, but still pretty lol-worthy. Damn this update is so full of win it's not even funny... all we're missing is an EXP table adjustment, preferably more EXP from mobs rather than reducing EXP per level and an EXP bonus to signet.

                          Only Drk are actually getting the TP for casting ability. BLMs get MB Bonus.

                            Over all super stoked about update! is this coming with the lvl cap update? june 21 right?

                            1 thing is now im going to have unlock and level both sch and dnc alongside all my other sj lol kinda sucks...gonna be spending alot time leveln sj cuz ive been trying to catch up on missions and such.

                              Was a miss type its 5 min. I was bashing on it earlier when i read it as 5 sec but 5 min changes that up a bit.
                              Oh man...i wonder how this will work lol.
                              Like if I have say 50 mp left and get hit for 100. Will it just drop my MP to 0 or will it take off 50mp AND 50hp.

                              Put refresh on that blm and every other hit will be for 3mp damage lol.

                                And I wish Wars didn't get an ability that negated their two new traits and Thf's new steal JA wasn't on a 5 minute timer (why in the hell do all steals have such long recasts anyway? Steal sucks for making money) but can't really do much at this point.
