Let's all join hands and protest against the Camouflage buffs tomorrow in Whitegate at 8 PM EST! I've got some Vitriol we can use to destroy our stomaches.

Don't be a wuss. Borrow a gun from a COR and do it like somebody who actually means it. COR > RNG!!!

Those guys are idiots. Best way to protest would be canceling their content IDs and quitting.

Or drink poison in real life.

So, this update doesn't really do all that much for Summoners, does it? While channeling their effects, I'm sure the avatars wont be able to perform any other actions, so the Summoner is again relegated to the role of healer.

Yeah but the BST change is cool and likely not even finished. The whiney bitches can stfu and wait for the update to go live.

your pulling that out of thin air....

its a 2hr effect, SE did not make it, to just then limit the Avatar to nothing but AOE effect and auto attack

The entire warrior community of Everquest organised a stand down back in 2003 in protest at the state of their class and the developers acted very quickly so sometimes these things can provoke a response. Although, as far as S-E is concerned I'd cast aside any expectation of them acting on player wishes within any reasonable timeframe if at all. As for cancelling your subscription, they've lost hundreds of thousands of active subscriptions already, I doubt they'd care.

SE has terrible customer service, they wouldn't do a damn thing if all the BST's up and quit right now. Why?
Final Fantasy 14 coming to stores in 2010! And those same people will buy it. This game is crack, and they know it.

Not to mention, if entire BST community quits... How many subscriptions lost will that be? 13?

Maybe it'd be for the better. We could delete the job altogether and start working on insulting PUPs some more so they can quit. COR has no game-play problems but they're rare enough that we could release a BRD super update to send all 3 CORs in the universe away to other games... we could pare this MMO down to proper size in no time!

You're assuming people will let endgame go for FFXIV. We all know there are people in any MMO that are mentally ill they could never leave one for another. You know, because of "all my hard work."

I've done everything I could possibly have wanted to have done with FFXI up to five months back when I started not playing at all because of a heavy workload. I know that there's really no where else to go but endgame and after numerous tries, that crowd just doesn't appeal to me.

I had a standing invite to one shell, but its leader comes over to the LBR forums and is a full-on BG asstard. He literally stalked a user from PFA to BG to LBR just to keep arguing with him, then comes back and insults the specialty show hosts. I don't want to join his LS, I want to ban his ass. I just can't at the moment because there isn't enough ammunition yet. There's enough for me, but I have to follow the rules I did help write out. YM probably has a vague idea to whom I refer. I'll leave it at that.

After a 5-6 haitus working with such a twit is not high on my list. I'll just not resub, thanks. Tired of starting over, I've started over enough. Time to move on to a new experience.

It really is just newness that I'm missing, I wouldn't say I'm a full-on WoW convert, but its refreshing to explore a world that's totally unfamilar to me and that's really all I've been missing. Just got my Dwarf Hunter to Ironforge and was blown away at how big everything felt and all the possibilities there were for my Dwarf. I know FFXIV will do the same for me.

Strange that there's not much RP on the RP server here, though. I even endeavored to make my name sound less silly and more RP-worthy.

Dontelthelv kinda carries on my my RNG and BST fix anyway. I get to shoot things, tame animals, have said animals tank and CC for me.

Only thing it really does for smn other than giving it a psuedo cor effect is that it limits which avatar you have to keep out for the favor buffs but reduced prep cost for this is enough for make up for that!

And smn wasn't, nor should ever be considered a "healer" <-<; I'd take going as rdm main healing over smn, considering the fact I rather whm than either of them.

Uh, why would you not be able to do actions with the avatar? You're already paying for the buff with perpetuation cost, inability to /heal and having to wait for the buff to go up in power.
