    It bettet be before this year FANFESTIVAL. If you go to the Fan Festival webiste and read the Q&A summary from the devs thay say someting along these lines

    "Next year, at the 2009 FAN FEST, YOU WILL be asking how to use these 2 new avatars and what they do" and not where they are or what are they

        Oh well I'm not done downloading it anyway. :/

        Also, re-read the update notes again, and I'm super glad to see that {Merit Points} and {Limit Points} will be in the A-T now! Also {I have to go soon} will be quite nice, although {Time remaining} {Short time} or {Time remaining} 20 {minute} worked just fine.

                * Teleportation to Garlaige_S/CN_S/Edieme_S: YAY. Garliage is already stupid enough without that, what with the beast-controlled C.A. being a 5 minute walk from the nearest fortification.

                * Delkfutt's key as a key item: YAY, +1 inventory. And since I usually needed it when I was already in Jeuno, I couldn't keep it in Storage.

                * Beastmen/Kindred seals retrieveable: I think this has to do with being able to spend them on other things. Before this update, the only thing this would've been useful for was G4.

                * Dream Bells storable: about damn time. This should've been done back in January. +1 inventory rather than +2, because the /bell command could be fun. At least for a week or so.

                * Game Terms "Learning (blue magic)": since it's a good idea not to disturb a BLU learning spells (like casting cures on a BLU trying to get Healing Breeze), this should be a Good Thing.

                * Shiny gold thread renamed to Lustrous gold thread: Yeah, that was kind of stupid to re-use the name of an existing item.

                * Blood pact fail fix: I wonder if they fixed the parallel TP loss bug with weapon skills? Probably not. I'll bet it was cut-and-paste of the same code.

                * WHM changes: now I have to go find those four new spells. Hopefully they'll be sold by an NPC. The changes to Raise/Reraise/Banish are good. Banish cast time was way too fucking long. And the higher tier R/RR are now more like higher tier Ninja spells by being faster to cast. Also, this means that WHM truly has 3 equivalent raises now for campaign/besieged. And of course the lower level for RR is fucking win.

                Attacking Fortifications and other enemies specific to Campaign no longer increases combat and magic skills,regardless of whether or not you have received the effect of an Allied Tag.
                Damn, after I went and made that nice guide about how to skill up in campaign. The good part is at least I've already leveled up everything that I needed campaign skillups for. And the evaluation points adjustment for fortifications is probably intended to nerf all the fortification nipple-sucking that goes on, especially in Eldieme_S.

                I didn't need campaign for weapon skill-ups past the lv 50 of fortifications. And I didn't have NIN at the time, so I think I went WHM/THF. /NIN just makes club go 20% faster with Dual Wield. I haven't power-skilled staff yet, but I plan to do the same thing.                 FYI, you should still be able to get good skill-ups at least to level 60 for Healing and Enhancing by partying with a 75 and spamming Cure I / Protect I / Shell I.

                        Campaign mobs hit back, but they took away the ability to skill up on them as well. Apparently, SE wants skilling up to be even more tedious and time consuming than it already is.
                        Lyon, come skillup with me sometime. I still need to finish shield skill so I've got a lot of tanking Steelshells and/or Korrigans and Puks to do anyway. Or if you want to skill something <200 we can do Robber Crabs I can skill staff/parry.

                              7pm est, 3 hrs still on download (dial up ewwwwww). Started download at 1pm, but got interupted by some annoying CC sales person calling DAMIT!!! Hate that Despize dial up! lol


                              By the time players are able to log in, looks like ill have 2 hrs left still snicker.

                                Dunno why people want skillups from campaign so bad. Easy EXP should not yield skillups as it diminishes the purpose of partying. Besieged is more of rare occurrence and the EXP returns are weaker than the IS rewarded, so you should be getting skillups for the otherwise wasted hour.

                                Even though it would be really easy for me to do the rest of BST via Campaign, I only use it to supplement my buffe, secure the next level or regain lost solo EXP. Aside from that, I go out and solo normally in the other zones and make sure Axe is capped.

                                I can see why some mages might complain, as PTs don't really welcome them to skill up a weapon, but even so, I skilled up my sword out of PT just as well as anyone can. Join testimony farming PTs, Coffer PTs, skillup PTs and the like and you can skill up just fine.

                                I know helping others accomplish things is a crazy concept to some people, but it can get you skill ups.
