I blame Hyrist (indirectly) for my fame. Due to his.. "influence"... I've done a crapton of RDM-related Heroics, not limited to helping people get Opo-Crown pieces by tanking/soloing mobs, ie, Hurricane Wyvern and the Crawlers; Helping people do Avatars; Tanking big momma while we were waiting for her to spawn Rostrums Mob; Tanking the younger brother you fight 3/4 the way through Sky (when he uses Light Blade, etc); Tanking WHM AF3 mob; getting Chain 3+ on Heraldic Imps; a bunch of other things that are generally normal activities I do to keep me occupied.

Damn you Hyrist. I get random /t's all the time now.

I have a ~slight~ bit of e-fame from BG and also from posting here, which really doesn't get in my way too much. Usually just a quick tell, saying, "Oh hey, I know you! You're from BG!" and then usually I'm on my merry way. Only a few times has it gotten to be a problem, mostly with people who like to argue. Had a guy barrage me with tells once, arguing with what I'd said on BG.

Usually, though, it's just the quick "Hey, are you that Aksannyi?" (like there's more than one).

LOL I know the feeling on Quetz myself heh, since I tend to post A LOT on QCDN as well

Totally off topic, but.... We were talking about the cookie monster at work and this chick gave some totally wrong info about the Cookie Monster now being the Veggie Monster.... ( Cookie Monster - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) totally false lol. I remember hearing some joke awhile back about the Cookie Monster promoting Diabetes...

Seasame Street died the moment they changed it to "park" and removed Bert & Ernie because some uptight over-protective parents thought they were gay. What they did to cookie monster was just the turd on the shit cake.


That said I felt the girl was a funny little way to vent my frustrations without going into a tirade. ^^

Off topic but:

After 5 minutes of research I discovered Bert and Ernie are still regulars on the show, it's still Seasame Street and Cookie Monster still eats cookies regularly. So why is the show "dead" exactly?

Back when my kids watched it I hardly ever saw Bert. Ernie is still on every show with his own little segment.
