Question, I never switched servers through passes before, but if you switch is it like starting all over but with the same job levels. Items, gear, ah pending items and gil stay,well get deleted right?

Only Linkshells, stuff on the AH and in your delivery box don't transfer over. The only difference is the Welcome to [worldname] would change. That and your friends would be on another server.

Just empty your delivery box and take stuff of the AH first.
