    Yes I'm annoyed that the time of the maintenance inconveniences me greatly deal with it. Are you willing to tell me that you WOULDN'T be annoyed if maintenance fell right into the middle of US prime time?
    You're misusing the word "inconvenience."

    Games are trivial. If I don't have access to FFXI for an evening or afternoon, I have plenty of other things I can occupy my time with. Other games, books, comic books, I can rent a movie. Maybe I'll go out and see my friends. I look at it as an opportunity to catch up on things not called Final Fantasy XI.

    Crazy, I know, but it works out.

    I'm actually more frustrated by the fact there is an awesome update and two really awesome RPGs out this month. I can only play one of the three on my PS2 at a time. Its a good problem to have, though.

            Yeah, the Vegas trip was a blast, but I'm now back at the Parallax Dimension of Japaneseland of The Future (AKA Misawa Air Base), so it's already Monday morning here.

            Yes, I travel through space, time, and alternate dimensions often, so it's kinda tricky to track me down. This has the drawback of seeing updates happening already, but not being at the right time to download them, but I can still play during maintenance (). Weirdness of the Nth degree, I know, but it happens.

                          I know this is a bit of a derail, but which other two games are you talking about? I didn't think there was much still being produced for PS2 these days... of course, I still have lots of old PS2 games to pick up and play.

                            Persona 4 out Tuesday in US, Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories last week.

                            Dunno about the EU date for P4, but SE is publishing it for Atlus in EU territories. PS2 still has some life left in it, after Devil Summoner 2, there probably won't be much left to look forward to RPG-wise.

                              I'd give you a "Thanks" for that if I could. (For some reason when I click "Thanks" nothing happens...I think its the connection, probably a port blocked).

                              Seriously, people. Stop complaining. Don't you have other things to do? I think many of you would be screwed if you ever got stuck w/ a real inconvenience.

                              Also, Europe doesn't really have it any worse as the update takes all evening for the American players.
