All I have found so far is a bunch of people Cheering, claping and dancing.

Ask the moogle for instructions, kupo!

And then:

Target Ullegore. Sync your dance with Mumor. You have 2-3 seconds after Mumor performs her dance, to perform the same dance.

• /dance1 - Shining Summer Samba
• /dance2 - Lovely Miracle Waltz
• /dance3 - Neo Crystal Jig
• /dance4 - Super Crusher Jig

15 or more successful synchronized dances gets you one of 2 new swim items.
To get the two +1 Swim items you need to complete all the minigames on Hard mode in all 3 nations.

So not going to happen the next couple days.　There is a severe lag around her and the text right now. Nearlly a full munite between when the show stops and she disappears and when her final text rolls past.

Cheering/Clapping for 1.5 hours to get a set of beach wear...free

Playing fun mini games in each city...300 gil (My favorite is the Bastok shooting game.)

The fact that I get a piece of body gear that lets me teleport to Purgonorgo Isle once a week for playing these mini game...priceless.
