At the following time, we performed a version update of the PlayOnline Viewer.
* The client software has also been updated at this time. The version update process will automatically begin upon login after the time stated below. Please follow the instructions that appear on your screen.

[Important Update Details]
-The maximum number of files that can be saved to the File Manager's Screenshots folder has been changed to 200.
-The time remaining for each process on the version update screen has been separated by: preparation, download, and installation.
-An issue was addressed where the End of Valid Period date displayed on the SSL Certificate page was incorrect (Xbox 360 only).
-An issue was addressed where a communication error would occur when purchasing a Content ID. (Xbox 360 only)

Since the PlayOnline version update will modify the "pol.exe" file, certain security/antivirus software may require you to alter software settings to allow this. If you get errors such as "POL-0019" or "POL-1160," or the PlayOnline Viewer fails to connect, please refer to the manual for your security software and check your settings.
