Well, the GM got back to him and told him "sorry", so he asked to speak to a SGM and should hear from him w/in 72 hours. As for the one time restoration, apparently another ls member was talking to a GM about it and he told him that the SGM could do it, and that it shouldn't be counted as his one time item thing, since it was SE's doing that caused the loss. It just seems to me that when something like this happens, there should be a protocol for it and they should just give you a new glass. If you went in after the notice, then yeah, I could see how SE could tell you to piss off, but when its such short notice and your whole run goes to shit b/c of it, what can you do?
I imagine it will all get sorted out, thats potentially really bad customer relations with its players.
