EDIT: Err nvm, they were on demo PCs..., not for players..
However I can say people (who are demoing WoTG at the FanFeast) are confirming Dancer (DNC official abbreviation) to have B dagger, parry and evasion and Scholar to have D in Healing, Elemental, Enfeebling, Enhancing and Dark without Arts (new name for it) effect, and respective skills are bumped up to B while the one of the Arts, Light or Dark, is in effect.
Re: Official Windower announced at Fan Festival 2007
Now it reasons to be this is a PC only enhancement, but is there going to be anything done for the PS2 macro slots? Rumor was that the windower would bring with it like a gazillion more macro slots, as well as not having to run it in full screen to do other things. But macros is another big gripe for PS2 people and one of many reasons why many migrate away. If I could have a macro with 15 slots in it, I could probably remove a full 20 macros from my RDM sets.
Has there been any word on that? Or are we still stuck with the PS2 memory limitations?
NO, there will not be a third job; quit dreaming and get back in reality. IF there's a third job I'll eat my Hunter's Beret.

*hits this rumor train before it leavs the station* woh woh woh......
SE's "windower" will only make the game minimizeable, and tabable......
It will have nothing special to it,like the 3rd party one does, and anyone still using the 3rd party one, when SE releases their, will be banned as normal, for using a 3rd party program. This is due to the fact that noone has an excuse to use the 3rd party one know, other then to cheat.
and no PS2 PC and 360 are all getting the new macro book system
it will allow for us to have 20 books (one for each job) and each book is a whole 10 sets, like what we have now.

Yes, the windower will be a PC only enhancement because that's the only system it can be sueful on. But all three systems will be getting the same expanded Macro books, with more macro buttons but all having the same amount of lines.
There was never any rumor about SE's windower increasing macro lines, that's a 3rd party program that does that now. SE's windower is just going to window the game, and that's it as that's all it's needed to do.

If Scholar can directly boost the skill caps of a spell type, I wonder how much it could boost a skill when subbed to other mages. Does that mean it can boost a magic skill past an A+ rank just by activating it? I guess this may give all mages a new sub to toy around with.

Scholar can manipulate Skill levels? Oh, the possibilities . . . :3

What if it's Mystic Knight?
I'd freak out, scream like a little school girl and faint.

Re: Official Windower announced at Fan Festival 2007
Rock on! Seeing as how I'm only lvl 12 atm, I don't feel a big need to go out and buy the expansion right away. However, I considered it just to get the windower. Looks like I can hold onto my money for a few months. Thank you Ellipses for the info!
