Gha! Looks like I'll have to miss out on yet another Cool Item again. Damn the airlines if a round trip ticket from Tokyo to anywhere in the States costs thousands of dollars. Makes going home for a visit next to impossible, and taking leave usually equates to staying in the local area (travelling in Japan is rather expensive).

Dun feel like spending the cash to buy a ticket just for an item when that's all I'll ever experience of a Fan Festival. Lame.

It would be awesome to go, but I really don't have the money for that kind of trip. I would be angry if this item were really good, or had any sort of stats that would make me jealous, but I can live without a teleporting item.

That's kind of cool. But I'm starting school right around the time of the Fan Fest and won't be able to attend. Alas!

There is also the part about it being halfway across the country from me, but oh well.

They wouldn't be able to give an item that would provide beneficial stats that could give the player an edge over anyone else as an exclusive item to a RL event. It would be unfair on the rest of the player base who can't attend these events. A teleport or warp item doesn't give the player an advantage as you can buy warp cudgels and you can get teleport items like that earing.

That's kind of cool. But I'm starting school right around the time of the Fan Fest and won't be able to attend. Alas!

Try over 3000 miles accross the pond Murphie for me. They never have any event like this in Europe.
