Necropolis, I think it's going to be an item slot that will cator to different jobs as that's the general item reward for ROTZ and COP. I think that flag is probably something you get for becoming First Lieutant or something.

For the PUP's healer head, I think we would need a party macro/command for showing Pet's MP.

With the combination of Healer Head + Stormwaker Frame, we have:
Fire: 0 + 2
Ice: 3 + 4
Wind: 2 + 2
Earth: 2 + 3
Thunder: 0 + 3
Water: 3 + 3
Light: 3 + 3
Dark: 0 + 4

We can fit Mana Tank II + Mana Conserver, or Mana Tank + Mana Converter
Maybe it is self-sufficient for main-healing in exp. parties.
