yay. So who's going? I probably won't be this time, I haven't kept up with the people I knew from my server that I met up with last time very much, and I can't really spend that much on a game I don't play...

And on a side note, to anyone that went last year:

1UP: You've changed the location from the previous Santa Monica pier to Anaheim. Why the switch in scenery this time around?

It does suck that SE refuses to hold events on the east coast, but I'm going to attempt to go this year.

You know, I don't think I realized before that you live in Roswell. I was born in Atlanta, lived in Marietta for about nine months a couple years ago.

Fan Fest sounds neat, but there are a lot of other places in California (and the nation in general) I'd rather go. If only it were somewhere Eastern, it might be an option.

Kool!!! I'm from the Metro Atlanta area also.. I know a lot of FFXI players that live here.

sadly we won't get a Fan Fest on this side of the states

Yeah I'll go again this year. I'll bring the flag from last year. err Banner.
It sorta was a pain in the ass to drive to Santa Monica last year, I think Anaheim is further though. Ugh, it's gonna be like Anime Expo 2006 at the Anaheim Convention Center? (I didn't read the links through)
Oh and hopefully, they will give out the nomad rods, since I got the moogle rod from last time, i want to dual wield the two rods lol XD
