    PlayOnline Viewer Update (Jul. 9)

At the following time, we performed a version update of the PlayOnline Viewer.

    * The client software has also been updated at this time. The version update process will automatically begin upon login after the time stated below. Please follow the instructions that appear on your screen.

    [Update Time]
    Jul. 9, 2007 19:00 (PDT)

    [Affected Services]
    PlayOnline

    [Important Update Details]
    - An issue was addressed where names would be automatically de-selected when selecting multiple friends on the Friend List.
    - An issue was addressed where the Viewer would occasionally freeze when downloading greeting cards and other content.
    - An issue was addressed when the Viewer would slow down considerably when entering text into text entry fields.
    - An issue was addressed where the Viewer would occasionally freeze during group chats.
    - An issue was addressed where selecting a group friend on the Group Friend List would display an "Inviting into group" message at the top of the menu.
    - An issue was addressed where "ignore"-level settings did not function correctly when selecting "Ignore" from the group friend menu.
    - An issue was addressed where sending a "Would you like to join a friend group?" message to a member (handle) already in 4 groups would cause the incorrect error text to appear.
    - An issue was addressed where trying to open the My Friend List or Friend List pull-down menu after sending a "Would you like to join a friend group?" message would occasionally cause the Viewer to freeze.
    - An issue was addressed where the Friend List would not sort properly after selecting "Contents (A-Z)" and "Contents (Z-A)" in Options -> Friend List -> Sort -> Sort Friend List.
    - The "PlayOnline Viewer Config" file's help feature was updated with the latest information (Windows only).
    - An issue was addressed where the window size could no longer be changed in window mode after Windows Vista's "User Account Control" dialog had appeared (Windows only).
    - An issue was addressed where game shortcut commands were not displayed at the top of the main menu (Xbox 360 only).
    - Other minor issues were addressed.

    [Notice to Windows Version Users]
Since the PlayOnline version update will modify the "pol.exe" file, certain security/antivirus software may require you to alter the software settings. If you get errors "POL-0019" or "POL-1160," or the PlayOnline Viewer fails to connect, please refer to your security software's manual and check your settings.

I'm unable to download this update correctly...

I should have just stayed online.

Anyone want to send me their playonline folder?

I just wish they would add a way to see when people in your friends list last logged on
