My haiku is now posted on my LS's community page. Its rather silly:

-Synthesis
One Tonberry Coat
Merge with Wind Crystal *slice*
Obtained: Linen Cloth

I was hoping to help out my server by coming up with several entries, but looking at the bamboo stalks on the world portal page, it seems like there will be only one entry for each community- no matter how many haikus are posted on their Celestial Nights thread. I will be disappointed if the summer festival hinges on this...

I actually love writing Haiku, esp. silly haiku, so I had a very fun time with this. Mine is pretty geeky though, I wrote it for my absolute best friend in game (under the theme of Friendship, of course):

Somehow I get the feeling that when the bamboo is filled up it's just going to give us a teleportation system like the OP based on the story, but seriously I can't think of anywhere we can't teleport to >.>

I'm hoping that easy versions of every HNM will be let loose on the world and they drop the event item(s).
