Hhahah thank you for that info I read through that part a little to quickly. so nvm I guess the only down side would be the $25.00 fee for the transfer but I guess if you want to change servers you as the player will cough up so to speak that dough.

I misread this if anyone needs to know.

"Items and gil listed as “sent” on the delivery service NPC’s delivery window
    - All items in your Mog House’s delivery box
    - All items being sold at an auction house"
"It's nice to be important, but its more important to be nice"

Re: World Transfer Service now in operation

$25 is a little steep, I suppose its a thing to stop every man and his mog from populating a single server. especially as you may not like the new server you thought would rock and it turns out is a pile of shite. I'm staying put and if I want to try another server then I will make a new character in one now they allow you to choose a server on makign a new character.

Re: World Transfer Service now in operation

            I have 3 questions here.

            1) Out of interest, how many people/players here are thinking about moving to another world server already, and which one are you thinking about moving to?

            2) Also, why would they make you wait 90 days (same as 3 months) before wanting to change to another server? The same applies as in the notes if you select the wrong server from the one you wanted to change to by accident. (and it says they cannot change it right away if you make a mistrake) /sigh! 3 months DOES seem quite a while to wait for. I'm not sure I understand it really.

            3) Okay, so you have to make sure that you don't leave any items up for sale on the AH, or any sent items via the NPC outside the AH, and no items in your mog house delivery box either, but what about all the stuff you have placed in your mog house as furnishings? (mine is quite nicely and fully firnished already)
I presume the actual transferal of all items in your mog house won't be a problem as it is, (and those in storage space too) but what I want to know is.......
would you have to refurnish your mog house all over again if you transfer?
(thus starting out with an empty mog house on your new world if you see what I mean) This could be quite annoying if the mog house was so full to the brim with furnishings, (and I mean the actual mog room here, not the mog house SPACE you take up with stuff) that it would take you a while to set it all out again. /sigh!

Re: World Transfer Service now in operation

Furnishings are in your mog safe, then you place them in the mog house so that you can see them. They are actual items though in your inventory so they would transfer with you as well.

From what it seems a good amount of people have already moved.

This is to slow down people who would run from server to server just to steal items, from ls. Also helps to balance out populations and economies. Just to make sure people are serious about the change.

That seems to at this time stay the same when you move. Until someone or when i move tonight or tomorrow posts we really wont know

                  SE likes 3 month cutoffs.

This is cool, though I'm staying put. I've grown used to the same people - both friends and not - running around the towns and whatnot. I see people who I used to see back in '04 when I started, and it's just kind of cool to continue to interact with these same people.

Not only that, I've got some pretty good friends on Hades now. Any of you people who want to move to Hades, though, come on over, I'll give you a linkpearl.

Heh, looks like peeps are coming here to Kujata as much as they're going to Bahamut. I was suspecting that, but was actually waiting for the flood to see how swamped Bahamut would be. Oh well, the new blood will be interesting.

This sounds pretty cool. I wouldn't move my main but I would consider moving a mule to a friends server and playing with them.

How is $25 too steep? That's far cheaper than I thought it would be. I'll stay on Bahamut for now (I'm borrowing gear from Kirst), but I don't have an LS or any friends beyond Kirst, so you know, moving is an option.

$25 = £12.50. I can't buy a round of drinks for that. If I was to move (I'm not), that is NOT expensive.
