At the following time, emergency maintenance will be performed on Shiva World. During maintenance, Shiva World will become unavailable.

We ask that players who are scheduled to enter Dynamis, Assault, or Salvage areas around the maintenance time to wait until it is complete before entering. Please note that we cannot replace items that are lost during the maintenance process.

We ask for your cooperation in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

They didn't really say what's wrong with Shiva... the other 2 worlds had Beiseged issues.
