That would send us BLM's out the door since RDM's would much more efficiant nukers.

No really, RDM Elemental skill is much lower then BLM. While if RDM ignored everything else they have to do with Refresh and Convert they could nuke longer, BLM would be significantly more efficient because of their much higher skill and therefore a lot less resists.

I dont see whats wrong with our current enfeebles.

RDM is supposed to be the master of Enfeebling (well now they are) but RDM gets one spell that no one else does. That doesn't sound like much of a mastery to me.

Hrm well the status conditions not covered by rdm are Disease, Terror, Stun, and Curse. I'd love to have those myself *_*

I'd like to see RDMs get R2, even if we only get it at 75 it would be nice, especially considering the fact that so many of us are called upon to main heal at higher levels and then people want to bitch when they only get an R1. Well tough shit, you should have invited a WHM. ...

I'd actually rather not see RDM get R2, specifically because rdm often gets called upon to main heal at 75 - usually when I get a merit invite on whm it's because we're going somewhere where people think there's a decent chance of dying, if you gave rdm r2, you'd take away one of the last reasons whitemage still gets decent invite rates to merit parties.

While thats obviously true that we have a higher skill level, RDM's with higher fast cast, convert (as you said), and chainspell plus all the elemental magic and MAB gear available to them now, would blow a BLM out of the water when it comes to events where a lot of dmg is needed fast like the PM snoll fight and DL.

RDMs definitely don't need a R2. Too many whms as it is are replaced by a great deal many parties that get away with not having the job around whose main role is supposed to be main healer.

For their MP cost compared to their effect, the Tier II enfeebles are almost a waste over the Tier I enfeebles.

RDMs definitely don't need a R2. Too many whms as it is are replaced by a great deal many parties that get away with not having the job around whose main role is supposed to be main healer.

Our problem is we can never find a WHM when we need one. I personally HATE main healing so I'm always looking for WHMs. Never find them. I always see a shortage of WHMs. Must be just me though. :/

I would also love some different enfeebs. Break, anyone? But we can dream all we want. I doubt it will ever happen.

Break would rock. And I get what you're saying. It's just that I don't hear enough of whm buddies saying: "Oh snap. This pt with rdm main heal keeps bugging me to R3. I was lfp too. Screw them." Then a few minutes later... "This PT is calling me a whore for not raising them :T"

Now regardless of what you think of his attitude or the party's attitude, that's an indication of how it is now. With RDMs sporting R2 I can't imagine it would get any better for a whm lfp.

New larger scale area huh, hmm, besiged for an entire region where zoning won't occur when in the same region? Mobs, lets see some charmable Lamia! Or maybe get a "pet" Medusa so we can have a chance during Level 7 undead xD Shake those hips Lamia queen!

Totally agree on the whm vs rdm statments >_> Lets see some spell/skill changes to make whm more EFFECTIVE than rdm in terms of CURES. As in skill will make a higher difference and rdm healing skill goes to let's say a D+ level. Just to prove whm is the better and effective healer when you got a tank down to 100 mp, rdm DS Cure IV for 30 >:O
