We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the FINAL FANTASY XI service due to changes implemented on the Mar. 28, 2007 maintenance. To address this issue, FINAL FANTASY XI maintenance will be conducted at the time shown below. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI will be unavailable.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
* The client software will also be updated again at this time. Once this maintenance is completed, the client update will start automatically after logging back into FINAL FANTASY XI. please follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
* You may receive errors such as "POL-1160" or "POL-0010" during the download process due to heavy server traffic. If you are unable to access the update, we ask that you please wait a while and then try again. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in making this a smooth version update.
* For the update details, please refer to "Topics" on the official PlayOnline.com web site or PlayOnline Viewer which will be available on Sunday, April 1, 2007.

[Important Update Details]
The following issues will be addressed:
-- An issue where some users will crash upon entering the racetrack area incorrectly updated from the addition of the Chocobo Racing system.
-- The wrong World would be displayed for the selection during character creation.
-- An issue where users will crash when installing or using the Process Guard security software.
-- An issue in which using items that increase the affect of the Treasure Hunter ability would actually negate the ability altogether.
The following updates will also be included:
-- Addition of windowed mode support for PC Users.
-- Addressed issues related to Beastmasters Charm ability.
