exploding cupcakes should be a moblin WS. It would go perfectly with crispy candle!

Then I just fraps gobs using it, and play Birthday over it. Post on youtube, dedicate it to a friend. Done.

Food that lasts 5 mins or until a crispy candle comes on to you which then leaves an uneraseable burn and def down effect =P

<.< >.> <.< >.> Maybe we should post the idea on the Ask SE forum...

You're in Des Moines? Didn't notice that before. I have family out near there, live in KC myself.

I would say it's time to talk about the midwest, but I prefer the topic of exploding cupcakes.

                          Finally, somewhere I can complain!

I know that SE is working hard to eliminate all the game bots and wheeler dealers, gil sellers, RMT's, whatever you want to call them.

However, I would like to know how it can be stopped.

Each time a purge is done, they come back stronger than ever.

I decided that I should have my main and my mule level fishing, and was horrified to find at least 6 fishing bots in N. Sandy. In four days time, the # of stacks of Moat Carp for sale at the AH in S. Sandy went from 20 to 217. I spent a whole 8 hours observing these bots, and they had obvious made up names like letters from the alpahabet, no gear except for a fishing pole and bait, and were fishing like automatons. They don't respond to /say /shout/ /tell, but after a few hours move to the AH and place the stacks up for sale, log out and another takes their place. That means if there are 6 fishing bots, I, as a legitimate player have a 1 in 7 chance of catching something and levelling. It took me 48 hours to reach level 1 fishing with my mule. And, I never sold my Carp, I had to NPC all 3 stacks.

I think that a GM should patrol all cities, including Jeuno where I see so many "New Adventurer" types, characters with ???, no gear, but have bazaars with items that a level 1 player could not possibly have except that they must be mules. These bots are so obvious, and a GM could be given the power to kick them from the game immediately.

Obviously, these players are being equipped with gil and fishing and other equipment by someone, and if you take a look at to whom sold at the AH's you might get an idea of who the controller is.

A short while ago, I legitimately completed the quests for Pilgrim to Mea and Dem, with the intention of selling the scrolls because I will never be a WHM. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the same person was selling the scrolls over and over again. Obviously this player had multiple mules doing scroll quests. I had to undercut my sale price substantially to try and sell them, and in the end, I waited until there was only 1 or 2 of each for sale and sold them for a reasonable price.

There must be some kind of control you can implement to stop players from taking advantage. Perhaps you should make the scroll quests rare ex and only available to those who hold and are using the appropriate job and level like the quests for AF. At least they wouldn't be able to use silent and prism to run into Eldieme etc to complete a scroll quest as a level 1 player.

As for SE denying that their servers were malfunctioning after the last massive update, get real. How could thousands of players have the same problems at the same time when previously there were no problems? Are you saying that their servers and equipment were malfunctioning? The law of averages says no way, so come clean and admit you were the problem.

Is there some way you can fix the horrible lag times and distortion. In Altepa and Rabao, the distortion is awful at times, and the lag in Whitegate/Al Zahbi is unbelievable. Jeuno isn't much better either.

Since SE is making money hand over fist, perhaps you can afford to implement a 24/7 help desk and improve service.
