O.O Vangaurd already, damn, they have no lives than people who grind 2 or more MMO just for fun...
Seriously though, what is SE thinking these days? No lusterious updates or changes gonna make up for this now...
What makes you think they have no lives? It's a business. Not a legitimate business by our standards, but it is a business. This is their job.

      Re: Accounts Banned(Feb. 21)

Well, I too am guilty am using Windower.
Of course, there's only one reason I use it.

At certain times (mainly at Telepoints and at King Ranparre's Tomb), FFXI will lock up (And there is no fix for it from SE yet; even reinstalled FFXI). Can't ctrl+alt+delete or do anything else. So I have to do a hard reset on the PC. Then I have to go through all the "Windows just blah blah blah" crap, and I possibly lose data and have to run Scandisk. In the end I get one pissed off party.

Using Windower pretty much prevents that, as I can just simply close POL and no harm comes to my PC.
Almost four years experience playing FFXI. I am a Raccoon, not a Hyena--despite my name states I am one.

Get creative and pretend these happened.

RMT both buying and selling has always been against the Tos. So don't buy gil... or anymore gil.

                Re: Accounts Banned(Feb. 21)

Erm .. I think there is a way, but I've never had to do it myself so I'm not sure how you go about it. I think if you give them certain personally identifiable information such as your complete credit card info they'll let you reset your password, which would basically restore your account to you. If any characters or items were lost, recovering those might be more tricky. Again, not completely sure on any of this.

I think this has been discussed before, so if you search the forum you might find an answer. If not, start another thread asking your question and maybe someone with some actual experience in the matter can help you out.

Thanks, we couldtn get his acount back cause the credentials didnt match, other wise known as sold, saw the name on my friends list and asked who whas this, i found out he bought the account, didnt say anything, ever since then i have been telling people to watch out cause this can happen to any one. Now i dont know about the ps2 version on if it can be hacked or not, but my brother never did use bots nor buy gil or do anything so if people think thats how he got hacked it isnt, but i do blame the programs that he used to down load stuff. So please becarefull, ill post if something new comes up.
