At the following time, we will be performing maintenance on all Worlds. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI will be unavailable.

We ask that players who are scheduled to enter Assault or Salvage areas, Dynamis or Limbus at the time of the maintenance wait until it is complete before entering. Please note that we cannot replace items that are lost during the maintenance process.

The following issues will be addressed:
- Game would not proceed properly by selecting the "Let it play with others" option during Kamp Kweh.

- An issue where a chocobo raising related option would be displayed during the "The Amazin' Scorpio" quest.

- An issue wherein the game would freeze while typing during an area change.

- Items which are obtainable from the "Chocobo Hot and Cold Game" will be adjusted.

Wow, this is the first time I've experienced a problem that they later addressed in an update.
It acted like it was going to give the "Internet has been disconnected, please check your cables" mumbo jumbo, but only go halfway there. I figured it was b/c I was finishing a sentence and hit enter right at the time the window would have popped. Glad to know its not another symptom of my comp acting retarded.
Also, maintenance on a Sunday? Thats a new one. Early morning for me, but right in the afternoon for our EU friends. Looks like you win again. :/

well the update is available to DL... only 15 more minutes of scheduled maintenance

btw, anyone else notice lately that the update consumes 99% of their CPU at the "Downloading latest version information" stage?

Yeah i had just logged on and a GM popped up with a shout saying please log out maintenance in 15 minutes.

5pm-8pm was the time here, I downloaded updates was about to log on, pager went off we had a hosue fire to deal with from 8:15pm-1am. Went to bed, thats another day my plants ain't be checked!
