Question: To get the HQ, do you have to do it at a different moogle, or with a different person?

Neither should matter. I got the HQ talking to the same moogle with the same person, but the person I was with got their NQ with someone else.

Both of you in same party must talk to moogle twice.

Steps to take:

1. Invite kirsteena
2. Talk to moogle
3. Tell kirsteena to talk to moogle
4. Talk to moogle
5. Tell kirsteena to talk to moogle

The first time you talk to moogle, it begins the quest, after that, when kirsteena talks to moogle her quest also begins and she is now ready, now you and her both talk to him again to be teleported.

I think you both have to talk to the moogle to ready up.

you both have to talk to him once and say you wanna go with each other. talk to him again and you get teleported. you'll only be teleported if your partner has talked with the moogle and agrees they want to do the event with you.

We'd done the first one. Just needed to do the second. That's done now (lots of fun!), and I have both Yukatas! :D

BTW I think that it would be funny to get a tonne of people together with the roman candle firework, breaking into groups and making it look like they're shooting at each other.

Are there different colored Yakutas? The one we got seem like a darker blue, while others have a lighter blue. Both NQ and HQ look exactly alike...

no, they are all the same color (well, female's are lavendar).

you probably saw something else that uses the ji model mesh.

The light one can only be worn by females, the dark by males. Which is a bummer cause I like the dark one.

And the fireworks are hilarious this year - we fought Kirin on Sunday and after he used Astral Flow, we all spent most of the rest of the fight shooting fireworks at him...

There is only one reason for fireworks - to have fun!

There is no other point than to shoot them off at stuff, honestly. I love festivals because it means firework time!! (yes, I keep the alchemists happy....).
