if it's anything like last even, you are automatically sneaked and invisibled (for a very long time). you don't have to worry about monster aggro.

    Thanks Yyg!

You are sneak/invised for like 10 seconds at the start of spawning in the zones. You stay level 1. And for anyone who is complaining about aggro... come the f**k on.

Unless you're fresh into the game, you should know already about the mobs in the zone and the types of Aggro they possess.

And the reward are the Yukata kimonos, that dispense a stack of 99 fireworks. I did it for the kimono, the fireworks are just an added bonus.

And if you don't like the events, then stfu and don't bother with them.

        Ok, four words:

        Best

        Event

        Reward

        Evar!

These things are seriously great. I've been running around town all day in the HQ firework costume licking people. Then shouting "Too close for missiles, switching to guns!" and whipping out the NQ versions on em... These things are way too much fun for anyone's good.

Anyway, if you can't avoid a goblin aggro in La'Theine, Konschtat, or Tahrongi by now, you probably need remedial work in the dunes. Wait for the mob to start moving and then stop, run *behind the mob*, stick to the edges of zones whenever possible. It's not really that hard.

Has anyone managed to figure out how to get the HQ version yet? I figure it's worth the extra effort to do the event if I know what to do.

            Follow directions.

In short have your partner read out the numbers, the units are irrelevant. If the number gets bigger, you're going the wrong way. The checkpoint you're after is the one at 0 yalms. By the time you hit single digits you should be able to target it.

I know how to do the event. I just wasn't sure how to acquire the HQ. Basically by doing it twice then?

I don't see your problem - can't see much complains about aggro here.

If you can't see anyone else have diffent opinions than you, without asking them to stfu (means "shut the f*** up", if anyone didn't know...), it's best for everyone that your last post really is the LAST one!

Thanks. That's much more enjoyable than bazaaring eggs for hours on end.

Make sure you and your partner are wearing the NQ when you go for the HQ. (This info from Alla, so take it with a grain of stupid.)

Well, when Kirsteena gets done with work, I will be all "HAY LETZ DO TEH EVENT" to which she will say "I'm sorry, It's time for Dynamis." and then I will cry.

But eventually! Good info though, thanks Ellipses.

I really should have thought of this event when I decided to take a burned-out break. Now I'm just going to look silly logging in just to get Yukatas (and sell Holy Bolts).

The new fireworks are a lot of fun. Last night someone in my party had both, and they were really neat. The roman candle type are very pretty, and then the HQ ones turn you into a floating paper lamp with a mouth. Kind of like a mimic.

My friend and I both recieved summer fans on our third round (after we obtained the nq and hq yukata). The new fireworks are fun to play with. ^^
