    Achievements just add points to our gamertags when unlocked. All 360 gmaes are suppost to have 5 achievement with a total of 1000 points. I guess Microsoft made them add them in. I personally like them as they help me focus on ingame goals and finish games completely.

        I bet it has a cooldown of 45 seconds, a casting time of 15 seconds and drains 40-50 TP.

              Yeah, kind of freaky but some of those names they used for the new Abilities/Traits. They seem like ideas people have posted here before.

              Means when you are 75 you can merrit to get a new ability or trait. The new abilities and traits seem to be powerful bonuses for that specific job so likely they won't work if the job is subbed.

              What I wondering about is:

              After obtaining the dragoon job trait "Empathy," you will be able to use the job ability "Spirit Link" even when your wyvern is at maximum HP.
              Why would you want to use "Spirit Link" when Wyvern has Max HP? This mean you can push the Wyvern's HP to sickeningly high points or what?

                  Things that caught my eye...
                  An issue in which the “Warhorse Hoofprint” was not appearing for long periods of time has been fixed.
                  Awesome for people that couldn't find it. I know it took me weeks to find mine. ._.

                  The “Sanction” status icon has been altered.

                  The following NPCs have been added to Aht Urhgan Whitegate:
                  An equipment storage NPC
                  A special event item storage NPC
                  A Pursuivant NPC to transport players to Brenner and Ballista matches
                  A weather forecast NPC
                  About time.

                  The status icons for the ninjutsu "Utusemi: Ichi" and "Utsusemi: Ni" have been changed.
                  About time.
                  Players outside the Kokba Hostel will no longer be able to hear conversations using /say or emotes from inside the hostel.
                  I don't even want to think about what people are going to use the hostel for now.

                  The samurai merit point ability “Overwhelm” is not functioning correctly.
                  lol...already?

                  The new merits are just...wow. I'm really glad to see teir II enfeebles for RDM. I'm also surprised that they didn't -only- give NIN San level elemental ninjutsu.

                  Absorb-TP...Depending on how awesome it is, it could very well effect my outlook on DRK. (I personally couldn't imagine leveling DRK after 66 when people want you to sub THF and use spinning slash half the time.)

                    thank you for the clarification lol. I'm already 75nin 75war, the question is what do each ability actually contribute to

                    I'm glad they didn't improve nin too much. Its already powerful, theres not much a nin needs to do to play the job efficiently and beyond. (some want utsu:san? gtfo!)

                      Well if you are asking what the abilities themselves do, I don't think anyone knows yet exactly what they do. Might be able to find someone that found their description information for an idea but other then that...

                        More accurately, go back to the Monster Manual, seeing as how it was directly inspired (almost assuredly) by the classic Dungeons and Dragons monster the Mind Flayer.

                        EDIT: Well, Neigbortaru beat me to the Mindflayer bit.

                        Isn't there a way to figure out what the abilities do via .dats or something?

                          Hopefully the new trait does a little more than this, but Spirit Link is also supposed to remove some negative status effects. So this would give you a way to Paralyna your wyvern without having to let it take hate (get hit) first, for example.

                          Which is a little on the weak side, I think.

                                Mindflayers are copyrighted material since 1989 actually by TSR, which WotC later bought from TSR (well transferred rights actually).

                                So it is not a matter of when it was copyrighted, since it has always been copyrighted by WotC thru transferred rights.
                                Keep in mind, sig might be outdated I just update it a few times per week.
                                Signature with the usual levels and obtained stuff etc. . .
