...the Yigit Gomlek

This equipment is used by an elite unit of mages in the eastern half of the Aht Urhgan Empire. In order not to burden the wearer, the Yigit Gomlek is designed to gradually draw small amounts of magical power from each part of the armor and concentrate it all in one place. Equipping the entire set of armor will provide its wearer with a nearly infinite pool of magical power to draw from.

That zone, uhh Caedarva Mire, looks really cool, until I saw this
Now the area is enveloped in a struggle for supremacy between the Lamiae and their Undead Swarm, the Qiqirn of Nashmau, and the Near Eastern Fomors.

Fomors, um yeah; hated them in CoP, doubt I'll like them anymore in ToAU XD.

Each piece is 1 mp/tick? This is definitely a BLU AF. Head, legs, feet, body and hands = 5 mp/tick. Add a refresh and mage's ballad and you'll be getting nearly 10 mp/tick. Holy schmokers!

Don't think it's BLU af, I think it's for mages in general.
