I don't know why they didn't mention this but you can dig up eggs by mining...has it always been this way? Sorry if this is old news, haven't had time to check with the moogles in towns.

How does the drop of the lettered egg by mining/harvest/logging works? It's 1 per day on either mining/harvest/logging or you get 1 egg per day for mining, 1 egg per day for harvest and 1 egg per day for logging making a total of 3 extra eggs per day if you do the 3 of them?

Have you tried the Festival Moogle? Maybe those Moogle NPCs will collect the eggs. I hope we can do something with the left over letter eggs because I still have a lot on my alt/mule because I never had time to finish in completing his set.

the Festive Moogle is only for players who attended the Fan Festival earlier this year. I'm sorry to say but those left over eggs are quite worthless now. You can either drop them all or keep them around for next year

Well, you can probably hang onto them for next year's festival. Chances are, it'll be the same thing again. That is, if you have the room to hang on to them... I don't and will just be tossing mine
