Experience a wealth of new areas, missions, and quests with the FINAL FANTASY XI Treasures of Aht Urhgan expansion disc!

-New Areas
The number of new areas will be comparable to that of past expansions, but the formidable monsters at each location will try your courage and adventuring spirit like never before!

-New Missions
Players can experience the main story of Treasures of Aht Urhgan by playing through the new missions. Meet new characters and unexpected guests as you learn the secrets of the Aht Urhgan Empire!

We have already announced that players can reach the Empire of Aht Urhgan by ship from Mhaura, but please keep in mind that certain requirements must be fulfilled before the player is allowed to travel to the Near East.

-New Quests
The new jobs Blue Mage, Corsair, and Puppetmaster can only be unlocked through the completion of certain quests. We hope that you enjoy finding and experiencing this new content!

The new quests do not stop there, either--there are a host of adventures waiting for the eager player in Aht Urhgan!

I wondered about that too. However I think that since SE has only 1 MMORPG in the USA and 3 in Japan, it probably a wise move.

I have just ordered it from Amazon.co.uk and they say it will be released on 20th April here in the Uk. rather than previous expansions being on 2 Disks, the new expansion pack will be on DVD, so for those that don't have DVD drives (although i hope this will be few and far between) be aware of this as I can't see a CD version. For the Uk people amazon is selling it for £16.99 down from £19.99.

Likewise, FFXII is now lsited with a August 1st release in teh UK (also ordered )

I'm gonna go preorder mine this weekend. Hopefully my comp lasts that long since it's about to fall apart lol. I want to get my hands on the 360 version as well if I could find a 360...

I can't wait to check out some of the new areas though. Sounds like more fun and adventure in the livly world of Vana'diel.

I've got mine pre-ordered but since I'm in the UK with a NA account I got to wait a week for them to ship it over and its costing over £30

It'll be worth it though
