EDIT: BTW Puppetmaster is a new job to the Final Fantasy Series, so alexander could weild an axe heh.

While there hasn't been a job exactly like Puppetmaster in the series, it does seem to be a combination of a couple jobs.

Cait Sith was a puppet basically. Reeve controls Cait and Cait controls the Moogle. Riku's Mascot dresssphere in FFX2 is none other than Cait Sith too. Cait also appeared in FFVI as an Esper. While the dynamics don't perfectly match, I guess to SE they are close enough! LOL

Well, I got RDM to 75, time to see what these other jobs hold! RDM/COR for God Fights FTW!!!

Oh and they're not nerfing BLM, but instead lowering the effectiveness of having more than one in the same pt.

Is that it? I heard from others that they're not reducing their power, but giving them more spells to make them more worthwhile in normal EXP parties at later levels.

They started out by recognizing how ungodly powerful Black Mages are. There are plans to make Manaburns less powerful. They want to make it so having more than one Black Mage in a party makes them less effective, or redundant maybe. There will be new spells, but they will not be announced. They did mention that we will definitely know when they are put in.

Of course, it's been 3 years, and still no RDM update. Christ. . . Don't give NINs higher tier spells! Give them to us! I don't care about Cure5 or Nuke4s, gimme EnfeebleIIs plz ;; Hell, maybe even a Refresh2, so I can hit the WHM with that and the PLD with 1 and get more time to enfeeble and rest. . . .

Its not Alexander. I saw this enemy around 1:07 of the video (you see him walking around). It seems SE is finally giving us the Iron Giants ^^

Also what about Cerberus? He could be a Summon as well.

I just saw that Video again and yeah its not Alex, I just saw the Axe and the thing has feet, Alexander typically doesnt have feet. I can only hope he's in there especially if Odin is the Divinity of Darkness. I hope the kid form the pokemon(fellowship npc) quests play a big part in Aht urghan as we investigate them. These could be the "other" vana dielian Gods. We know theres more so heres Hoping.

Im hoping that we can summon our Pokemons to help in besieged and Assault.


Pokemon: A term We in Silent Line use to describe our NPC fellows, since liek a pokemon you raise them for various purposes. And also as a Pokemon they can perform these feats at our whim on a specified enemy.

Anyone notice that around 1:40 in the Aht Uhrgan trailer there's a shot of the inside of some building with windows looking out into an ocean. Some sort of underwater city / building? Awesome looking ^^

*cough* only way thf is broken is not having Dodge as a job ability(stares at monks) and from drks subbing it at 60+.... umm, yea anyways, thf isn't broken unless you don't know how to play it right...rare bad case, thf tank entire fight

Like I said, -Endgame- (something you haven't experienced, I think, due to your current job level) THF is useless except for TH3. I'm a level 75 Thief among things, I should know =P

Gonna go out on limb here and make a guess that the people of Aht Urghan are trying to rebuild Alexander. In both Cutscenes after trading in a part from Proto-Omega or a part from Proto-Ultima, the NPCs from Aht Urghan (the Hume F BLU in Nashira or the Hume M in Homam) both say that they are using these parts to rebuild the Divinity of Light. Just my 2 cents/gil w/e ;p.
