I don't see why people think Pirate is even possible.

I just want DRG fixed damnit. Like... make the wyvern only die when the DRG or something, ANYTHING. Just give the DRG a fighting chance already.

And i always thought the idea of Pirate is lame...i rather have something like Alchemist as unlikely as it is rather than Pirate. Now if i can use Pirate as a sub thats useful and sub it to my NIN and become a NINJA PIRATE...then i might consider it

Well, maybe they did actually laugh about Pirate being implemented, but I can't really see why... personally I think it'd be awsome.

I mean, who said pirates had to be melee? I can see pirate that uses guns instead of magic, refreshes PT with PINTs of BEAR and has his flying parrot get him fresh supplies from MH whenever he wants to.

lol, hell do I know what they'd do, but either way I'd lvl pirate for sure if they implemented it and actually used the potential a pirate job could have.

lol, I suppose that depends on which job your talking about, and quite frankly I don't really see how that would be of any significance here.

All I did in my previous post was say that I think it would be really cool with "pirate" being one of the new jobs. How they would work and what role they would have is something up to the devs not me, I simply meant that it is dumb, not to think outside the box... i.e. Why does a pirate necessarily HAVE to be melee? I am not saying they couldn't be, just that they don't HAVE to be.

I am not just a mage. I have leveled war, rng, thf, nin and pld as well as rdm, whm and blm and I will move onto drk next. And the Pirate job still seems dumb to me. Thank you for your support. :p
