Edit: I found out you can't do this in your ORIGINAL home country either.
This means if your first country was Windurst, but you're now Sandoria, the only country you can do it in is Bastok.

What do you mean it does not work in your home country. If we have to go all over Vana 'diel for a pitch fork I think that's more work then it's worth.
