PlayOnline Server Maintenance (Aug. 28)

At the following time we will be conducting PlayOnline server maintenance. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI and Tetra Master will be unavailable.

The mail form available in the "Service & Support" from the official PlayOnline homepage (http://www.playonline.com/) will be unavailable as well.

What sucks is that I work evenings and only get to play at night Oh well, least everyone else can play.

As if there havent been enough of these maintenaces and long ones at that (the 18 and then the 16 hours) they just have to throw another ah well. I am putting this game on hold for three months (hoping to do it) anyway whats more maintenaces during your last month -_-... at least my bard is 68 and 2 levels away and tons of skills up needed before facing maat then back to leveling to learn chocobo mazurka (hoping granting things will go well if not then oh well).

it honestly has to be for good reason, because back in the day, we never had a single issue with maintenances, they were 1 in a million, but yeah, im with casp, i only get to play at night as well >< x.x

It's call the constant login and logout issues they've been having.

If bugs crop up, you gotta do what you gotta do.

If bugs crop up, you gotta do what you gotta do.

I thought they said they solved those problems. Didnt the info say it was something more about switching server computers or something? I know thats what the last one was, maybe this is stage 2.

Thats what I'm saying. They were supposed to do that on the last one. I'm wondering if this is a planned stage two or if something else happened.

I think last time they were doing a complete hardware switchover, where as now they're doing something smaller, like installing RAM on a computer as opposed to getting a new computer.
