I tried to run in and take it out in one or two big hits, but no such luck. I built up 300 TP, Souleater, and was going to slam a big Sneak Attack weapon skill into it, but it was running around like nobody's business. I managed to land the Sneak attack, and another random critical right after it. I was in Jeuno before the weapon skill could go off. lol

But I saw a ton of SMNs out there whacking away at it. Looks like fun, I hope I can get the item. I'll use it for my NIN. (Since my NIN's only Lv.12)

Yes! I finally got my Dash Sash. Took me forever, but I finally got it.

I got my sash and the kill last night. Was on my way to Giddeus to farm when somebody asked for my help.

Landed 161 with my Crossbow (now makes me wish I had better than Lv.1 bolts) he then tore after me, but only Warp'd me to Windy Waters, so I walked out and tried again. This time he sent me to Port Jeuno.

By the time I got back to Windy, it was dead and couldn't find another. I did some AH work, then was headed to Giddeus again and saw him out there getting lit up by a BLM. I cast Absorb-INT, then zoned real quick. Came back, cast Water II, zoned again.

Walked out, Souleater, Sneak Attack and got the kill. Got the sash. But now I want the HQ sash. I just haven't seen Muira yet. Have no idea where it usually spawns. I heard it randomly spawns, I just hope I can get it.

Just have it knock you in a zone and you are safe.
Or if you are a Summoner like me. Have a friend get a mob nearby and have Ramuh use Thunderspark on that mob. AOE will dmg the Toro but when you remove Ramuh the hate will Not go over to you.

Got my dash sash within half an hour of logging in tonight. ^,^ I took a chocobo out through Rolanberry because my country had Derfland and I figured I could set HP at the outpost to stay close to the fight and ran face first into a Miura with a train of about 15 adventurers behind it. ^,^ We brought it to the Lower Jeuno zone and another 10 people came out to help kill it. I cast Dia II, Poison II, and Aero II and no sooner did my nuke damage hit the log then I saw ==== Port Jeuno ====. D'oh. So I ran back out and tried to keep a low profile casting DoTs. Beast went down in less than 5 minutes. Dash Sash for all. You don't need the Red Sash to get it, btw.

wish i had come here first, i logged in first time in a month and was face to face with toro, first thiught is "wtf?" second thought is that it looks fun....i did not like walking back to jeuno from bastok.... didnt have to walk too far though cause another on the way hit me back to jeuno ^.^ lol that was an interesting first day back^.^

P.S. anyone else get the feeling this is a big ping pong game to them?
