- Healer Raises someone in Poison or Lava
- Someone steps off the pad at Atomos
- Group tries to DD/Tank Thanatos when not invisible
- Nobody kills the Sandmen
- Off tank on King Behemoth tanks Iron Giant on top of a Comet
- Someone drops a Comet where the Whirlwinds spawn
- Tank/DD misses Meteor completely on King Behemoth
- Someone dies to the Claws on Acheron because the DDs got Tunnel Vision

- Someone runs to the wrong pad for Ancient Flare
Drink the whole thing down if:
- You wipe before King Behemoth
- When there's no Comets left for Meteor on King Behemoth
- Someone calls dibs on gear on a job they aren't playing on
- Whenever you see the tanks trying to pull aggro off each other
- A Tank in iLv70 gear demanding to Main Tank everything
- Someone steps off the pad during Limit Break on Atomos
- The actual Main Tank isn't using a Tanking Stance
- You see a BLM using Flare during a single target fight
- The Healer has to Limit Break
