Actually, this is a good thing. It means that when I log in, I don't have to look at AFK'd characters from the EU regions. :p

Oh god I hope this does alleviate the problems. I've probably only been able to log in twice this whole weekend for a total of 2 hours play (and the JP servers were either locked or down)
