I like that I can do it though. it means I can spend the rest of the week doing what I really want to do. Plus the three expert dungeons and two new Primal Battles are just flat out fun, so I never get bored of them.

That said Hallatali HM is very boring for healers due to how little damage people take. You can literally stick Eos on Auto, and yourself on /follow on the tank and nobody will die. I consider it a SCH Coffee break.

Brayflox is fun as hell as a WAR or BLM though purely due to how badass it makes you feel for taking on so many mobs at once. It's also worth noting that many mobs in that dungeon are not immune to sleep, so if the stars align and the WAR eats a huge string of Crits, you can Swiftcast a Sleepga to save everyone.

What ilvl is needed for the 5 turns of coil? How about the primal extreme's? Those are my next goals. I'm currently sitting at i86.

80 is fine for 1~3, you want 85+ for T4 and 90+ for 5. (this is pre-echo mind you)

Finally beat Titan Ex. We had him to 1000 hp but nobody could find it in them to cast one more spell before they took a landslide to the face. On the final attempt I managed to LB2 him right as weight of the land was going off. Never going back there again!

Also played around with glamours and made my paladin look like this, which I totally dig.

As long as you're above 70 you're fine. Remember people have been doing this in Darklight Gear and getting along fine. This is before the Myth Cap was raised, CT was released to help the progression gap, and way before Echo.

If you have the WHM Relic, you only really need to do the Extremes to unlock primals. The Thyrus Animus is currently Best in Slot, though the Leviathan Wand and Shield are really nice to have.

High Allagan is better actually, as is the Yagrush. The higher Magic Damage = more cures (yeah I know it's weird but leave it to the BG crowd to figure out mechanics)

It's also currently impossible to own a Yagrush, just a FYI. I was going on weapons that are currently obtainable.

22 DET vs 2 Mag Damage and 3 MND is interesting though.

If it works like BLM stats:

1 Mag Damage = 4 INT
5 DET = 1 INT

Then it would make up the loss of the DET (WHM's secondary stat)

The most recent numbers I was looking at on the lodestone forums have it as an 8:1 ratio for Damage/Magic Damage vs Primary stat.

And it's not impossible to get the new weapons, just takes a lot of soldiery @_@ (and coil 2 drops to upgrade just like the new soldiery armor)

Soldiey is also capped per week. It is entirely possible that not enough weeks have passed for people to be able to afford all 10.

Where did Darklight gear go? Why did they remove tomestones of philosophy?

How do I get Atma weapons?

Are these extreme primals going to be huge pains in the ass?

You get Darklight from dungeons now; it is very easy to farm.

Myth is the new Philosophy, you an trade in your Philo at a ratio of 3 to 1.

You wait until Square Enix patches their broken bullshit and Atma drop rates are something reasonable and not based on purely luck. I'm currently at 3/12 Atma after farming since the start of 2.2.
