Fully HQ'd my Lv50 Mining gear and the first map I dig up gives me a pet worth 125k ^_^

Do you need to hit certain attributes or skill levels to dig it up? If so, what's the threshhold? I'm not on your server, so can you PM me where you were digging? My miner is level 50 but i have yet to break it out in ARR.

I +1'ed my WHM relic, and then i completed my BLM relic in one day. After mastering the Titan fight, it gets really easy. I didn't think I'd ever be able to say that... We beat Ifrit, Garuda twice, and Titan on our first run, all runs put together with the PF. It was a great feeling.

Well at my current Gathering I'm hitting a 98% chance to dig up Lv50 and 1 Star Items. So is an 8Man map appears at a node then I can always grab it. The nice thing about full HQ gear is that you can spend the GP on the skills that let you dig up multiple items, or give you extra attempts.

And Northern Thanalan is where you dig up maps from Mining. You can get Toadskin (Solo, Tiny Bulb - 80-125k on Balmung), Boarskin (Solo, Wind-Up Tonberry - 130-150k on Balmung) and Peisteskin (8-man, Bluebird - 250-350k on Balmung) from those nodes.

Also remember that the 8 man maps will have an 8 in the corner of them. Don't make the mistake I did today and dig one up, pop open the chest, and have to teleport out to stop the angry Raid Boss from murdering me.

I asked Fire to let me know what was needed and where he found that map that was like 150k, but i asked him to message me with it. He posted it in the thread. You are on the same server as me. You could take the info and try and claim the spot from me.
