Also turning in items to the grand companies each day, all crafts you have theya sk for a specific item, you can craft or buy from MP and they usualkly give good exp for that craft as well as points for your GC. + you get bonus points and exp if you trade in a hq item.

They really need to up the returns on that though. As it stands, doing a couple of FATEs will give you more Company Seals than those delivery quests ever will.

It is a good way of dumping Garuda gear though.

Pretty good ending. They definitely saved a lot of the production values for the end.

Sadly, I actually missed the very last battle... my PT was being a bit dickish towards the end and they finished the entire fight right as I finished the previous CS leading into it so that was disappointing. Now to begin the arduous task of getting my SMN Relic!

If you're purely a crafter, I can see this as an issue, but IMO, you should be doing FATEs anyway, as well as clearing your hunting logs (GC). It's bare minimum effort, and if you do at least 2 a day, you'll get enough seals for a promotion at the end of the week. I don't really get why people are so much in a hurry to get everything to 50, drain their quest logs dry, and pretty much play the content to full. Are they planning on jumping ship to Elder Scrolls Online?

I don't really get why people are so much in a hurry to get everything to 50, drain their quest logs dry, and pretty much play the content to full.

I finally got my first combat class to 50 a few days ago, and it seems like a lot of the people who were rushing me to get this far don't log in so much anymore. Glad I didn't take their advice and enjoyed the ride instead.

^ ditto, I took my sweet time (while spamming leves for DoL and DoH) and then finally got a bit fed up and decided to spam FATE/Dungeons on SMN to finish the story. The last few levels were the worst by far.

Sadly, endgame is severely lacking atm and the mythic cap is utter bullshit. Meanwhile XI actually just got a pretty nice update - too bad I don't care to subject myself to it ever again.

Kicked my CRP across 40 last night. Couldn't do that with my ARM and stubbed my toe in the process. I'm not even going to try with my BSM, I'll let it coast to it, since I'm spamming rivets and ingots. Weaver is a bit too rich to do leves, so it'll get to 40 when it wants to ("Hawaiian time"), but I still have 600 flax to grind on (and saved up 2,400 lightning shards) GSM, LTW and ALC have interesting, repeatable leves, but some of the components are PITA, so I'll be figuring out a clever plan to not only get those to 40, but try to get it to 45. Once I get 45, I can just cruise to 50, cause I wouldn't be in any hurry then (My WAR is still 45 ... lol)

SO you mainly did leves to get CRP to 40? I just have CUL, LTW, GSM, and ALC left to get to 50. I'll probably start working on that as I wait for DF invites for dungeon raids.

I grinded CRP a lot, but only when I hit 30 did I do leves and there's this repeatable leve that you can do. 1 leve = 200~220K exp. I couldn't just walk away from that, could I? There's similar for the other professions, but it largely depends on both money and wherewithal. I have a lot of time and not hurry to get them to 50, but since my static hasn't really been on, my WAR has been dead in the water waiting for them. I don't want to just ditch them.
