SE needs to throw money at the problem. Instead, they've retracted from their statement of "we'll do whatever it takes, no matter the resources, to salvage our good name". They need to spend upwards of 10s of millions of dollars to make this problem go away the way Blizzard did. Because it's only going to get popular down the road and they need to ramp up their server capacity. IIRC, it took Blizzard less than 18 months to hit 5 million subscribers, so whatever money they spent on upgrading their server capacity was money well spent.

Seems like SE is waiting for people to get fed up and quit the game, rather than ramp up more servers.
