yeah our tank went down during CBM yesterday, and on top of that the damn ARC was AFK, so it was just me and the CNJ.... had to hit the Limit Break asap and then have Carby tank - it was pretty crazy.

Do you guys use Guild Behest? Because I strongly urge any and all tanks to use it. There is no guaranteed instant queue, because the problem with Guild Behests is a lack of participation all around, and not just a singular role.

You receive a lot of gil, a lot of experience, in a short amount of time. I actually prefer to do Guild Behests because it's: (a) easy (b) good to meet up with new players and then teach them how to play their roles (not how to play their class) (c) you level up fast without the need for FATEs and/or quests. I like it because I can save the guildleves for the gathering and crafting classes.

A friend and I queued up together for behests and did about 4 of them in under one hour. Pulled in something like 7K gil and over ten thousand experience points (pre level 20)

I agree, running static is probably the best way to get the least amount of gray hairs, and I routinely complete these runs with like an hour or so left on the clock with my friends. But there's some fun into solo queuing and getting a feel for what it's like "normally" in the game. Also, makes it interesting to recruit players, although right now it's not a good idea since the servers are all overpopulated. They better double the server expansion.

I've done up to the 2 20's so far, and yeah you really do get a crapload of gil and XP for 1st time completions (even more so if no deaths)
