I have no idea, i've not seen any information about that.
I'm still also trying to get the legacy thing to show up on my account so I'm not getting ripped off on sub fees and character slots. I can access all of the Legacy Servers without a problem and my 1.0 character data. However I'm still arguing with SE over my Legacy Status even though I have Sub History information, bank Statements and Credit Card bills that show I do qualify.
Having to pay the equivalent of $5/month more than other players on this board because of a fuck up on their end isn't something I am looking forward to. Square Enix's EU Customer Service is worse than Nintendo's for getting anything done, and that says something. Basically you end up on the phone for 45 minutes, most of which will be on hold talking to someone fresh of the boat who only knows enough English to read out the script he has to read, while insisting that his name is "Rupert".
