MEEEEEW! Oh mew that is the greatest of the greatest of the greatest!!!!!! =@.@= Oh ya and people were right, it is fullscreen on PS3 when it starts. The graphics, music, everything reaches new levels of mewness!!!! I tried 2 cities in 2 days, they are all really REALLY wonderful, but now I see why most of you prefer Limsa. =^^= Oh ya did lots of things, first day, started at Gridania and walked to Ul'dah and stuff. On second day, started at Limsa and made it to level 15 in one day (oh super nice Garlean cutscenes too) and used airships and stuff. Everything feels right. Just a little npc text bubble adjusting and chat log window adjusting and it's good to go. =^^=

You know you can adjust the size, position, and composition of the chat window, right? You can even pull the battle and event tabs out into their own windows, so you can see their text alongside the chat.

You know you can adjust the size, position, and composition of the chat window, right? You can even pull the battle and event tabs out into their own windows, so you can see their text alongside the chat.

I only pulled that lines thing at the order, but that just adjusts the window, not the place the text appears, unless I'm not clicking on the right thing. L1+R3 is mouse mode, but what should I click on the make the general chat like higher and stuff? Is there a way to make the battle and event chat not there? because I don't use those, only general chat (npcs have their own chat bubble anyway). I thought that top right corner was the only way to adjust it.

On the PC (obviously can't verify what I'm saying atm so I might be off) if you click the left edge of the bar with General|Battle|Event on it, you can drag it wherever you want on the screen. If you click the gear icon next to that bar, that brings up your chat window settings where you should be able to change or get rid of any chat tabs you don't use. If that doesn't work, you can click on the tab itself and drag it out into its own window, then close that window.

ohh the left edge of the bar. ohh I just tried the top right corner. Thanks. I'm sure I can do it since this does include mouse mode to interact with certain parts of HUD. THough I still think the chat log adjustments should be adjustable through the HUD customization options as well (you can practically move everything else in that main menu section. Well except I think the white NPC text bubbles that appear on the lower right (black text bubble for mysterious masked people). This is valuable chat adjustment information.
