I read on the beta forums that someone tested out with their 50 DRG that with over 400 skill speed, it only reduced the GDC by 0.14 seconds - not even 1/4 of a second.

Worthless stat is worthless.

You realize this is still beta, so any conjecture or reverse engineering on stat weight is pretty useless. Wait until Phase 4 before speculating on worth of the stats. In the meantime, just focus on the actual combat elements for balancing and bug reporting.
