Early Access code not on CE receipt

Oh ya mew I just noticed that there is no early access code on receipt, but someone said

If you didn't get your code printed on your receipt when you pre-ordered just call customer service at 1-800-883-8895, I explained it wasn't on the receipt at time of purchase like the site says and the store had no idea why, and they gave me 1 over the phone, hope this helps some people out that didn't get it knowing that early access is in limited quantities according to square-enix.

Not sure if to call that number, but that is silly that the store is set to only print out the early access number for standard edition preorder.

That's a problem with the store/business, though, and has nothing to do with Square-Enix (if that's what's being insinuated) I got my codes from Amazon.com within 30sec after placing my PS3 CE order via email.

Also, if codes are being emailed, it's good to check to make sure your email is not filtering it as junk mail.

So it has like 6 digits, then 3 digits, then 6 digits, then 3 digits. Is that the format early access codes use?
Oh ya they will announce when and where to input early access code, just double checking I have the right kind of code sequence.
