That's in Test 2 of Phase 3. We're in Test 1.

Yep, they delayed character transfers on phase 1 of beta 3 testing because they wanted to ensure server stability and that the PS3 testing didn't have any issues. That's pretty much an irony given that they didn't even start sending out the majority of NA PS3 keys until 3 hours ago:

Given people couldn't create a character on NA/EU servers and the JP servers ended up getting overcrowded earlier, I'd say that SE has enough troubles on their plate for this weekend.

Honestly I'd be surprised if much PS3 testing is going to get done this weekend. There's still a large number of 1.0 players that haven't received their keys, let alone PS3 invites (see official forums)--not to mention for those who have crappier connection speeds, they'll spend the majority of today/tomorrow downloading the 5.7GB client. Although I'm really hoping I'll get to play my old character next week, I wouldn't be surprised if phase 2 gets pushed a week or two due to all this.

Excalibur is not on the list of worlds to transfer to for me... anyone else already go there or is it not up for them either? Just want to get as many DiV into the same world as possible.

I opened the game and it asked me to pick a world to log in to. i assumed this was the world transfer part.

You can now select LL as a starting city? When I logged in within 5 minutes of the servers being up last night, there were no NA/EU servers (JP onry) I couldn't roll my character on the JP servers either (half were already greyed out and the other half I always got message that I could not create a character on the server) Then about half an hour later, I got booted off their network. Relaunching the client, I was able to see the NA/EU servers, still had problems and was forced to only start in Uldah (no option for starting cities)

I'm thinking that SE wasn't really prepared in the first 3-6 hours of servers being up. LOL
