I'm at work... there's a firewall... i cant get to the website and I work tonight until 8-830pm, thus I wont be able to do it until 9pm tonight when i get home.

Not only am I still at work, but I have to think about my IRL friends. Sorry, guys, but unless Excalibur will be accepting new players at release, I may not want to transfer there and may select Hyperion (or another available server) or just head to the JP server (even if the latency is a bit higher than a server located on the continental US, it's not by that much)

Edit: Mezlo, where do you live? Would be funny if we were to get home from work at the same time today and would not be so funny if the server was totally full, locked up, and sticking tongue at us.

I'm in San Diego. Normally I get home at 6-7pm from work and the gym, but I have inventory this weekend. I could've posted doing inventory today in the peeve thread, but I have come to deal with it internally after 14 years of doing it twice a year... If excalibur is fully you going to Hyperion? i could make that my second choice. Is it a NA server? Don't do the JP one...

Hyperion is likely my second choice. JP server as a last resort... and I'll probably be home by 5:30 pm my way, since I have to p/u my daughter from pre-school. That means around 8:30 PST. Hah! We'll get home roughly the same time... :D

So anyone lose anything with the character transfer? I know a few people lost random, dis-interesting equipment, but I didn't seem to lose anything. Then again, as long as my AF and weapons are there, don't really care. D:

I forgot how ugly my character is. I'm wearing a puke-green egg-shell helmet, pink steel armor, red gloves, brown pants, and pink shoes.

I think I might just start over so I won't have to look at it.

Yeah. Salvage NPCs. The locations are in the announcement on the lodestone. I'm honestly just using Phase 3 as a way to see if I got all my stuff. Not gonna play after today until Phase 4 / release / whenever the game saves my data.

Anyone know how to activate dyes? For the life of me, I can't see the quest by the merchant, so I am guessing it's not from him. Everyone keeps saying how it's a level 15 quest. Sure, I got tons of 30+ classes, and I'm pretty sure that's not the trigger. Also completed the main mission to the dungeon, so I'm sure it's not that as well...

Have to change the server to the server your 1.0 character was on. I had the same issue, then was, like, "Oh wait. Derp."
