Introducing the SQUARE ENIX Software Token Application (03/21/2013)


Coming in early April, this new smartphone application will allow players to generate one-time passwords. We highly recommend it to our users as a quick and easy way to enhance the security of your Square Enix account with your iOS or Android device.

About time ... was getting worried about the battery life of those keychain versions.

Their games for Android have been performing well for me (like FFIII and the Chaos Rings series) But to be honest, the tokens are not a product of the companies distributing them, but from security companies like RSA. The algorithms and the framework are pretty much standard across the board. The only thing they change is customized background and company logo.
